  • Representing a Moroccan telecom operator before the French Courts in a dispute with a Belgian company in the context of non-performance of a contract and international fraud.
  • Representing a West African telecommunications group in a dispute before the Commercial Court of Paris against a telecommunications equipment manufacturer concerning payment for certain network infrastructures.
