Setting-aside of arbitral awards and arbitration-related litigation

We have unrivalled experience on the French market in terms of set-aside proceedings against arbitral awards as well as in appeal proceedings against exequatur orders, whether these relate to commercial or investment arbitrations.

We have acted in more than half of the setting-aside actions of investment arbitration awards brought before the Court of Appeal of Paris, making us a leader in this area of work.

Our litigation expertise means we also handle arbitration-related proceedings, whether upstream or concurrently with arbitration, for instance when a difficulty arises during the constitution of the arbitral tribunal or when an interim measure is sought.
