Gonzague d’Aubigny is counsel at Teynier Pic.

He handles disputes relating to industrial risks, international contracts and shareholder and M&A disputes, from pre-litigation negotiations through to court proceedings.

He has also developed strong expertise in mediation.

Gonzague acts for industrial companies and investors in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, often involving parallel proceedings before different courts and/or countries. More specifically, he has developed significant expertise in the construction, retail and tech sectors.

Prior to joining Teynier Pic in 2022, Gonzague worked for seven years at a leading American law firm in Paris.

  • Counsel of a leading bank against a competitor claiming damages on the basis of interbank rate manipulations,
  • Counsel of bondholders of a large group against its auditors before civil and criminal courts,
  • Counsel of US investors in a tax fraud investigation and trial,
  • Counsel of a European industrial company in an ICC arbitration against an Egyptian client claiming damages,
  • Counsel of several listed companies, shareholders and individuals before the AMF’s Investigation Department and Enforcement Committee for market abuses (insider trading, late disclosure, etc.).

Referee

Administrative secretary of an ICC arbitral tribunal in a dispute between a European tour operator and an African tourism company invoking force majeure following terrorist attacks.
